Align Technology continuously adds new features and updates to it’s products. These new features need to be presented to Align Technology’s customers to build awareness. There also needs to be an education program available to ensure they are using the new features in the most efficient and effective way to ensure the best outcomes for the patient.

The Solution

KDG has supported Align Technology for over ten years, creating online training and marketing solutions with a focus on new product release for their Dentistry customers.

The online training supports various products including how to use Align Technology’s 3D digital scanners, proprietary virtual modeling software, customize the clear aligners, and navigate the password protected customer education website.

KDG has also created marketing videos showcasing the latest new features being launched. These videos create awareness and bring excitement to Align Technology’s customers.

The Invisalign clear aligners encompasses a global market. Much of the training has been translated and localized in fifteen languages. KDG has worked with teams from Europe, Asia and Latin America. Languages include Turkish, Korean and Portuguese.

These educational programs have empowered all regions with the neccessary knowledge to effectively sell the latest technology advancements to their customers.
